Responsibilities - Develop county sales strategy for Sales Department.

  • Take responsibilities for Order and Sales volume of those products locally.
  • Analyze actual order and sales volume for those products monthly and trends in relation to objectives and report to managing director monthly. And provide necessary action plan related those analyses to management team
  • Manage sales managers of those products to ensure group achievement of the products. And organize to develop business plan for those products to achieve the annual order and sales targets.
  • Analyze current competitor’s information, situation in the market and strength and weakness to take competitor’s market share.
  • Develop more effective communication with necessary departments like Marketing, Customer Service, Regularly Affairs for providing timely information to customers. This information will make a long-term relationship with customer.
  • Make stronger relationship with key customers through daily sales activities and using the opportunities of main Neuro related academic conferences and exhibitions.
  • Communicate with global Neuroscience grove members for information sharing of new products or several issues in other counties or global academic field.
  • Make development plans for sales forces to improve local organization capability.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of sales forces in each product within their areas following company guidelines.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, quotas and other projections as required.
  • Ensure all company policies included in ISO are adhered to, including but not limited to, business, marketing and service, human resources, travel, expense and all quality and regulatory policies and procedures in terms of compliance.
  • Ensure all orders obtained meet the company order processing and booking conditions, especially  regarding written customer requested delivery dates, signed quotations and/or signed purchase orders that reference quotations, order contingency notification and backlog management or booked orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals prior to authorizing non-standard products or services to customers or in deviating from any of the company’s standard and/or published terms and conditions of sale, including discount levels.
  • Support, promote and deliver the company’s vision, values and policy to all employees and customers as appropriate.
