Critical to any Executive Search assignment is our assessment of technical competencies and cultural fit. This is achieved through a detailed client consultation to construct an ideal candidate profile. This meeting is followed by a written proposal ensuring a common understanding of the role and the candidate requirements. Once agreed the search is initiated.
The next stage of the process involves research to identify candidates who fit the search criteria. These candidates are then screened in face to face meetings, including behavioral and competency based interview methodology. A short-list of qualified candidates is presented, and we then assist in facilitating interviews with selected candidates.
During the entire search process we keep our client’s informed on progress and on any issues which may arise. We manage the process taking the short listed candidates through initial and subsequent interviews with the client, and ultimately for the selected candidate to job offer. We also assist in securing the chosen candidate by completing reference checks to confirm background and competencies; ensuring that the selected candidate rejects any counteroffers; and resigns from their current employer and is ready to begin their new employment on the agreed start date.
